Warrant Officers: We need your support with our 9th Annual Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament coming up in September 12, 2009.  It is not too soon to help us with our largest and most profitable fund raiser of the year. We would like you to copy the attachments and distribute it to places of business you frequent, to your neighbors, and to your golf buddies so we can get the word out for our sponsorships. I would simply ask you to let us know who you contacted and if you would like us to follow up with that company for you. Please review the 3 documents attached:

1. The Introduction Letter: This is the letter allows us to have a fund raiser outlining the purpose, and identifying our tax code numbers which identifies us as a not-for-profit organization. This letter will also introduce your self to the prospective contributor.

2. The Contribution Letter: This letter describes several ways prospective contributors can support our activity through cash donations, hole sponsorships, and gift certificates or donations, products or services from their establishments.

3. The Tournament Registration Flyer: This document is self explanatory I hope. We are expecting 24 or more teams to join us this year. We encourage you drop this off at work or with your neighbors as well.
